CES+ recently updated Studio Movie Grill’s (SMG) North Point (Alpharetta, GA) and Chisholm Trail (Fort Worth, TX) cinemas, having prepared them for full automation and remote content management and remote support services. Studio Movie Grill was founded in 1993 and headquarters out of Dallas, Texas. It has 21 theaters in seven states
“We are managing both facilities 100 percent remotely by leveraging our support center in order to accomplish these tasks,” explained Alex Younger, CES+ CEO. “We are also providing content management for these sites as SMG relies on CES+ to manage all of their sites remotely in order to save operational costs while gaining personal efficiency. We do this by taking care of any schedule changes and uploading content to each auditorium that requires it.”
SMG Chisholm Trail features more than 1,200 luxury lounge chairs and recliners in 12 auditoriums outfitted with the latest digital projection and QSC custom sound systems. CES+ has also installed the latest NEC Laser Phosphor technology in four auditoriums with Dolby servers.
SMG North Point is a state-of-the-art theater that features more than 1,300 luxury recliners in 14 auditoriums outfitted with the latest digital projection and custom sound systems.
“Helping our partner Studio Movie Grill become more structured and efficient in the post-pandemic world was our main objective,” Younger added. “We understand that we are going through turbulent waters, however CES+ success relies on our partners’ success, and so we did everything possible to make sure they were operating before the latest Spider-Man blockbuster.”
Added Ted Croft, Studio Movie Grill CEO, “The team at CES+ has always gone above and beyond to help us. They are a true partner and someone that we are glad to have by our side to navigate a post pandemic world.”
